If you get the chance, evolving Nidorina at or below level 23 with a moon stone will let Nidoqueen learn body slam via level up without needing to use TM08. Unfortunately, neither Sandslash nor Nidoqueen learn any ground type moves, so be careful with your TM usage! IIRC, Sandslash can learn both dig and earthquake, but Queen can only learn EQ. Strangely enough, Charizard can't learn fly, unless you trade it to yellow version or a gen 2 game and teach it fly there... Red/Blue are weird.
