Back in the 70s comics when Banner was in control of the Hulk, Banner-Hulk broke his leg and had to limp around on a cane. It stayed that way for a few issues to show that he was weaker than the savage Hulk. Eventually he lost control, reverted to Savage Hulk, and his leg healed immediately. When MCU Banner-Hulk was wounded, I had assumed the writers had been influenced by these issues. I expect that his arm would heal completely when he reverted to his savage Hulk version to show that "he's back." --- "But who prays for Satan?
