| TreyFlowers 08/16/22 1:47:12 AM #1: | Started on 100mg sertraline, 20mg diazepam and 80mg propranolol daily. It's been 5 days, the medication makes me feel so out of it. But the tightness in my chest and knot in the stomach have already dissipated and I feel generally better, although as said I just feel constantly out of it all the time. Psychologist is beginning next month (they're all 5 months out). I've known that I've had this for a good 15+ years but yeah, never done anything about it and just ignored it, but the last month something has made it feel a lot worse.
