Finished getting through the bank vault and made my way to the treasure. I died twice at the end because I had low HP and no SP left, which was annoying. I didnt want to waste my potions at the end but I gave in and fully healed during the last vault area. Where can I buy some SP potions? I thought Takemi sold them but she didnt have any the last time I went there.

Vending machines, brewing coffee, and I think growing vegetables later in the game. Those are the ways I'm aware of from vanilla version. The real game changer is SP Adhesive 3, which you get to buy from Death Rank 5 IIRC, and then at Rank 7 you can buy them at a discount. Even just having one to pass around the party as needed can get you through a Palace in one day, getting one for all party members means you'll have to actively try to run out of SP.
