Right. While I once, long ago, had a security clearance, I couldn't just walk down to my local Intel office and star digging through their files, everything was still need-to-know, and if I didn't need to know it I didn't see or hear it.

All that is to say, if these agents are sent to a site to find documents, then they've been cleared to know their contents. This isn't the local sheriff's office, it's the fucking FBI and it's comical someone could actually wonder "what happens if they see something they're not supposed to" and never consider that they have the clearance to handle the documents.
Even if they did somehow get ahold of info they wouldnt normally be expected to get ahold of, they'd know how to handle it, inform their superior or handlers, then await very specialized debriefing afterwards.
