Topic	Anybody do intermittent fasting or one meal a day?

Fasted all day till dinner for day #3 and went out my buddy to try and pig out at mexican restaurant. Feel like im about to explode despite eating less than i think i usually do lol. For me its the opposite. I can eat, and eat, and eat some more, and Ill be hungry again in 2 hours.
