One time I bought a ton of silken tofu by mistake and had to figure out what to do with it. I mixed it with ground beef and seasonings to make tacos.

Silken tofu often comes in packages that don't require refrigeration and it's dirt cheap, but it's very soft and falls apart very easily, so it doesn't work for most recipes that call for tofu.
