Topic	I'm looking to buy a decent (preferably prebuilt) PC. Can someone help?

I don't really care about all the bells and whistles, but my PC struggles to run games from 10 years ago and I definitely think it's time for an upgrade. I have such a huge backlog of games that I think I'm set for a while, but something that I can easily upgrade via parts would also be great. Also, do I need to buy Windows again?
