Topic	Anybody do intermittent fasting or one meal a day?
loafy013 08/06/22 12:35:04 AM #2:	I can't recommend the one big meal a day thing. Personally, it screws up my bowels and causes irregularities. Might sound crude, but when I eat more, I poop less. If that happens to you, it really screws with the idea of maintaining a decent schedule to do other stuff. --- The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes. That's fact.
