Ctes and Red and mostly cleared. Last Scum is between IGCD and Hb. Scenario 2: Corrik is Scum This one is a little dicier, but: Corrik is Scum Ben is no longer confirmed, and neither is Ulti (though Ulti can still be Town in this scenario - his survival/death determines his fate anyway).
