Dude broke into his house aiming to kill him (rival drug dealer) he called the cops himself. He was just too stupid to toss his 17 plants before they arrived so the cops decided to nail him for murder since it was "drug related" Since it was over drugs I feel a prison sentence was fair but I'd say the guy definitely deserves a second chance. I'd hope he realizes now the danger he put his wife and child in was not worth it. Oh yeah, of course there are stuff like that.
