Topic	It's becoming nearly impossible to stay safe while driving these days

After surprising the car they passed with their stupid move, they blipped the turn signal while cutting back in front of them. It seems like people don't use turn signals to show intent. They flash them briefly after they have already thrust their decision onto everyone.
