I've stumbled into a lot of conversations between NPCs that are like little stories as well. Finding crime scenes and listening to the NCPD discuss it.. stuff like that. Yeah I stumbled upon some weird things sometimes. Like once I was walking down the street in the corporate area and this npc "fell" out of one of the high rises. Just screaming then he hit the pavement in front of me. I was like... was that a glitch or did this guy just get tossed out of a building?
