I like that your hair has stayed roughly the circumference the whole time.
Seriously though, good job, looking good.

Yeah, thanks. The hair is a battle itself. Ive thought about getting it cut sometimes.

If I skip a day or two or a whole week every now and then, will I see progress like this eventually? >_>

Yeah, well were all a little different. You may end up progressing much faster and further than me.

Thank you!

Thanks, yeah so I lift Monday/Wednesday/Friday for about 3 hours or so. I do a 3 mile run on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. That takes me about 20-25 minutes. Sometimes, Ill get on a exercise bike at the gym for a few minutes if I have spare time.

All I see is some random half naked pics, but what does that have to do with gym progress? How many badges do you have?

6 badges so far. Im about to take on the next gym leader soon but I need to prepare my team.

Looks like you have been below 10% bodyfat for a while now, notice any negative side effects like fatigue, quick to anger, or low sexual performance? Typical fitness advice is below 10% is not sustainable and makes you feel miserable, but seems like you (and other people I know) dont have an issue.

Im doing a big cut now, below 10% for the first time in my life (5 9, 155 lbs) and I dont feel that bad at all. Biggest problem for me is the FOMO watching my friends get wasted and eat delicious food all weekend while I eat a chicken breast

I havent noticed any negative side effects so far. I was getting tired easier for a few months but that was due to lack of sleep from school. Now, Im doing far better.

Yeah, the FOMO is the worst part sometimes. Id love to go out and drink but that would ruin progress.
