Yeah, the bulkiest I've been is the 2020 picture. I wasn't exercising as much due to the gyms being closed so I tried to make do with the basics like push-ups, pull-ups, and so on. Thank you for the compliment. Shoulders always feels like one of my weaker areas.

Thank you. My diet mostly consists of chicken(usually grilled), fruits, vegetables, and occasionally fish(not fried). Sometimes, I'll eat the chicken either by itself or on a bun. I'll eat red meat once or twice a week. I try to keep sauce, dessert like cookies and ice cream, and junk food down to a minimum. I mostly drink water and occasionally a sports drink or tea if I want flavor. I've stopped drinking sodas and alcohol.
