You can, but they're absolutely bare bones. No Siri (obviously), no access to Google Assistant, no detailed battery meter (can't see individual charge level of the airpods OR the charge level of the case), it doesn't have ear detection and iirc you also can't customize the squeeze functionality.

At their price point there's just significantly better options for Android that actually give you full access to the entirety of what the earphones are capable of.
