Also the South can be petty as fuck and I could see them creating a force specifically to patrol the waters, harass people for identification, "Why are you out on the water today", and if they suspect people visited said ship charge them with some Trumped up charge. I appreciate the idea but I don't think it'd be very feasible and I think the fallout could be toxic af. --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
