That's why I didn't do the drive-thru, though. I picked the fastest route (curbside) and skipped the drive-thru, and that's usually 5 minute wait minimum. The drive-thru here usually has 10+ cars in it during lunch rush so that's a lot longer than 5 minutes, let alone 2.

I doubt explaining what went wrong, the employee walking back in, explaining to a manager and getting the food redone in 2 minutes was possible. If I was at the window or actually in the restaurant, yeah, I would have tried to correct it. Even though it wasn't their fault. When you get a curbside order, they usually tell you the name for the order or the order's contents to let you know what you're getting. So this lady knew it wasn't her order based on either what they told her and/or when she looked in the bag.
