It's weird that people have convinced themselves that they're the good one for joining in on a savage punishment that outweighs the crime. Most the time, it not even being an actual crime. We're way too far into this to be ignorant to how it gets to people when the whole would dogpiles on them. We're back to stoning people. That's dramatic, but think about it.
