I don't think people are saying doctors and nurses can't be allowed to process trauma. It's that posting a tiktok video of you crying immediately following a death is not an acceptable way to do so. If taking a video immediately after has, in studies, shown to help then she can take a video. Or get a therapist. Or rely on on-site counseling. At no point does it need to be a social media post.
