I don't think you understand why this is problematic.

Healthcare professionals going onto twitter, tiktok, youtube, etc. to vent or show emotions or do whatever they want to give us an insight into the hardships of being a frontline healthcare professional in the middle of a pandemic is totally appropriate. Talking about how you felt about a patient dying is appropriate.

This situation is not appropriate at all. Setting up a camera and then reacting to a patient dying does not come across as genuine and it comes across more like sociopathic.
