What a steaming pile of BS! Ill tell you what, it really helps to have motivation. I finally quit when I was diagnosed with heart disease. To be fair though I had cut down to 2 cigs. a day a couple of years before.

My motivation was, I loaded up a fresh cartridge at 9pm one night while on my computer, noticed it was my last one and said to myself..."fuck this, it's too expensive".

I put the vape down, and just didn't touch it again. There were cravings the first couple of days that were easy to ignore, after that it was smooth sailing.

EDIT:
This was after smoking for over half a decade, then replacing it with vaping for another few years, which make indulging in nicotine much eaiser/made it more of a habit.
