Topic	Riding bikes on the sidewalk

A biker was on the sidewalk and heading against traffic, so I had to brake as this guy used the crosswalk coming towards me without stopping. He coulda been issued a ticket for multiple violations on that one. (Also, I dont mind when bikers use sidewalks, so long as they yield to pedestrians and they obey the rules when they venture into the roads.) I always stop and give every motor vehicle the right of way before I attempt to cross on my bike.
