Topic	Do you have depression or anxiety?

I dont have actual depression, but there are definitely things that make me feel depressed (typically hand in hand with that big picture anxiety). Theres nothing I really do to help with that. I just try to focus on the good, but sometimes I overthink and it can really be a challenge. --- Tell my tale to those who ask.
