Ryu stomps. Nobody remembers what Batman "with time to plan" actually means, so here's a breakdown.

Batman is told he'll be fighting Ryu in a week, and begins preparing for the fight. He researches chi and killing intent and he even defeats shen long so he'll stand a chance.

Then, on the night before the big fight, some motherfucker hacks the Bat Cave computers and steals all of Batman's data on Ryu, and now all the sudden every random goon and mook in the city is throwing spin-kicks at the Gotham PD. Cars at the Gotham docks are getting obliterated. The entire world is beginning to degenerate into a no-holds-barred street fighting massacre and it's all Batman's fault, so he cries to the Justice League who are like "Goddammit Bruce you're 30 years old learn how to use a mother fucking firewall you tech-illiterate asshole"

So while Batman has been run ragged physically and mentally, Ryu has just been chilling on some random Pagoda rooftop and the fight starts and Batman gets murked by the first Hadoken. Game over.
