Mattel owns both toylines and would be competing with themselves if they brought it back. They'd also likely lose the Universal license. That's why Dino-Riders has some toddler-aimed toys, but doesn't have a cartoon return or a proper toy update. This is supposed to be the end of the Jurassic World series, so I don't know if that means Mattel is losing the Jurassic Park/World licenses with it.
