So right off the bat we run into a snag with the premise of the video. Korean isn't a race. And his justification for the "transition" is that he spent some time in Korea and fell in love with the culture, but a transition (such as with gender) isn't something that's done just because a person finds they really like something. For the situation in this video, I'd argue that his idea of "transracial" doesn't exist.

The Rachel Dolezal case is a weird one, but given her history (she has accusations of plagiarism and lying about cervical cancer) it throws any of her claims of being "transblack" into doubt.
