Topic	I have about 160 hours of PTO saved up.

Sick leave can't be planned in advance and if we take more than 3 sick days off in a row, the manager is allowed to ask for a doctor's note. But if we get injured and need to be off work for an extended amount of time, we can use sick leave for that.
