Topic	I have about 160 hours of PTO saved up.

I work for the state of California and they put a soft cap on PTO now (you can go over the cap, but they make you sign a plan to reduce your saved PTO within a year). The reason the added a cap is because they had some guys in high paying positions retire with like 20 years worth of PTO saved up and they had to pay them out for it.
