It's much harder to recommend newcomers to it now. I guess it's to be expected now that most games are on Steam but I don't know if it's worth simply checking them out for $14 since the games are pretty short and the high difficulty isn't for everyone. The games also have no English localization and the site had the English fan translation patch pre-packaged.
