Topic	Customer just got mad at me after I told them to Have a Day

Saying "Have a Good Day" is a benevolent phrase because it is showing that person that you may care about them and are wishing them well, which could serve as additional motivation for them. Put away the fedora, can that "Have a Day" garbage and just be normal, alright?
