Topic	Customer just got mad at me after I told them to Have a Day
Number090684 05/13/22 4:15:35 AM #2:	Saying "Have a Day" is a dumb and unnecessary waste of breath because unless someone is dying that day they are going to "Have a Day" regardless. Saying "Have a Good Day" is a benevolent phrase because it is showing that person that you may care about them and are wishing them well, which could serve as additional motivation for them. So put away the fedora, can that "Have a Day" garbage and just be normal, alright? Lastly TC I get there are pain in the ass customers sometimes but you sound just as bad if not worse with the "My customers frankly don't deserve the effort from me" and "I don't want tyem to have a nice day".
