Believe whatever you want. I just figured that with over thousands of applications our recruiters wouldn't be handing me baloney interviewees. Yesterday's interviews went really well, it was just this morning I'm sharing the worst one I got in my 7 years working here. I've had interviewees who high ball like crazy before, but most of them always had something to offer on the table. Ultimately I don't make the hiring decisions, that is for our exec teams to do when it's the third round. I'm just the first round where I screen people giving my recommendations. There's been plenty where I give my highest rec and they never get hired and some that don't get my rec but get hired anyways. I'm not perfect, but I definitely know this guy was absolutely not worth it after interviewing him. I have 3 more interviews today I got to do (after lunch), don't think any of them will be as bad as this mornings. --- DI MOLTO! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
