Most of us wear Polo Shirts and slacks (even the women) because it's more comfortable. It just was very noticeable in the interview that his outfit (from top to bottom) was very wrinkly. It was first impressions that the guy probably doesn't do a lot of interviews and after interviewing him I was probably right in my first impression.
