Seen this posted a few times so decided to read almost all of it.

Literally 95% of that is "Heard alledged" and "Heard accused". Seriously not going to believe a word she says.

Aside from the part where HER assistant backs her up on one account, and the headbutt where Depp said it was an accident, even then those are shaky.

Also almost every other event in that timeline has been debunked by witnesses and law enforcement themselves.

Again, there is not a single piece of proof or evidence in that thread that I've seen which hasnt been debunked. Literally full of "Alleged assault".

From what I understand Heard's legal claims are only actually starting now so we'll probably see more of their arguments over the next few weeks. Assuming that they're relevant to them actually winning the case to begin with. From what I remember it's solely about whether or not her article unfairly damaged Depp.

The tricky thing when we're talking about a relationship as toxic as this is that a lot of it is going to rely on he said and she said. This isn't a situation where he have a serial sexual harasser taking advantage of their position or whatever. It's a domestic dispute that spans over several years where both sides are putting forth their own explanations for the stuff that is leaked out along with their own people backing them up. At the very least we know Depp was dealing with a shitload of mental health stuff and we know Heard has admitted to hitting him. But chances are neither of them are going to go out of this completely clean with the sheer amount of dirty laundry they are airing out.
