Topic	Why is trying to use a controller on PC such a fucking nightmare

If I'm playing a non-Steam game that doesn't have native controller support, I just add the executable into Steam and launch from Steam. The controller almost always works then. I can only think of one exception. That was Jedi Fallen Order. Resolved that by adding Origin to Steam and launching it that way.
