#280:

One file I keep up with on my down time once every blue moon is the massive combined days as World Heavyweight Champion across all major promotions over the past several decades. Just off the top of my head, that includes the following...

WWE Championship
World Heavyweight Championship (WWE)
WWE Universal Championship
WCW World Heavyweight Championship
WCW International World Heavyweight Championship (The "Big Gold Belt")
NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship
Ring of Honor World Championship
GFW Global Championship
Impact World Championship
AWA World Heavyweight Championship
IWGP Heavyweight Championship
IWGP World Heavyweight Championship
AEW World Heavyweight Championship

Across all of these promotions, a combined 209 wrestlers have won at least one world title, and here's the combined top 10 days as of April 8, 2022...

1) Verne Gagne - 4677 days
2) Bruno Sammartino - 4040 days
3) Ric Flair - 3785 days
4) Lou Thesz - 3749 days
5) Hulk Hogan - 3362 days
6) Nick Bockwinkel - 2990 days
7) Brock Lesnar - 2140 days
8) Bob Backlund - 2138 days
9) Nick Aldis - 1984 days
10) Kazuchika Okada - 1884 days

If I take out GFW, then Aldis leaves the top 10 and Harley Race takes the #10 spot.

At the moment, Roman Reigns sits pretty at #35 with a combined 773 days; with two world titles in his possession, only one can imagine how far up he jumps up the list collecting 2x EXP >_>
