Topic	At what height does a man stop being short?

And I look down on all of you. Both literally and figuratively. I'm 6' 4" (OK, OK, 6' 3 3/4") so I look down on you as well. :) Anyways, I say it's regional. Most people aren't aware but people on the east coast are, on average, a couple inches shorter than 'upper midwesterners' for example. I flew to a conference with the New York DOT once and never felt like such a giant in my life. If you're less than 5' 11" in Minnesota you're kinda short.
