I think there should be an option to choose whether group view or full library view is the default when you go to your full library, but I can understand taking this approach instead of what the 3DS did. Especially so where it's not a folder structure so much as it is searching by tags that you add. Is it a weird implementation of a feature that should have been there five years ago? Yep.
