Topic	I moved my PC from the room my router is in to a room a floor below

If you can't connect with anything in that spot (the specific location of your PC's antenna), it's a dead zone and you'll need to move (that, or reconfigure the pipes, wires, and structural elements that are creating the problem, but that's probably not practical). If you can connect with other devices in that spot, your PC's wireless antenna needs an upgrade. --- This is my signature.
