But only because its a 6 hours difference from Zulu time (as opposed to 5 right now). And thats the easier math for me to transfer since Im use to it. Also, probably whichever time has the sun rising later, I guess. Mornings suck Im a night owl, though Other than that, nothing else really matters to me. I'd generally prefer dawn to come earlier in summer rather than later in winter, mainly because winter is already a cold dark miserable time when depression is soaring, so getting up early to go to work in total darkness sucks more than dawn just coming really early in summer. Im the opposite. I love the night, and really hate mornings. So, Id be fine with a little more night between the 2. Plus, it might make roads worse, which could mean more administrative leave Metalsonic66 posted... More companies should make their hours more flexible to account for this If this were the case, Id rather keep DST rather than change my work hours throughout the year Unlike the stay at home people, I go to my job (and like it). Id rather not have to worry about being early or late because my actual hours change That said, even if I had to stay home and work, I still couldnt be late KodyKeir posted... I'm going to take the radical position that we eliminate all time zones and switch to UTC. Not really radical.
