Ivy's original comics involved her being into Batman specifically because he is...well, Batman, and she was into him. From her very first appearance. Her whole point as a character was creating love potions to try and make him fall for her.

However, in her Origins book, it was revealed she had grown a bit obsessed with him. See, Batman is the only person she was unable to control with her pheromones.

Over the years, Ivy's shown that she considers Batman to love her(in a 97 book, he takes a bullet for her, she sees this as undying love), and that she loves Batman. Apparently in Batman Annual #3(I did not know this) from '95, he admits he finds her more appealing than Catwoman. That's a weird one but okay.

And pulling this one off Wikipedia because again, I didn't know this one:

In Detective Comics (vol. 2) #14 (January 2013), Ivy kisses Batman, trying to gain control over him via her toxins, and saying, You're the only one for me Batman, you know that right? Nobody else even comes close. Not anybody.

Ivy's always been entagled with Bats, Harley and Ivy is relatively knew in comparison.

Edit: do note, I'm not blaming anyone for not knowing this. 70+ years of comics and it's fair to not know these things lol.

They're also basically entirely different characters from the Ivy and Harley you describe, but hey, these new characters have worked well. It's not like the old ones are dead, character representation has been cycling for decades now. You'll get classic pinup Ivy back sooner or later.

The hell are you talking about exactly? I'm talking about the general incarnations of them that are present New-52 and in various media. They're the same as I describe. Are you okay?
