I've met people who did not want children (oh boy they did not want children and it really showed) but they thought they were morally obligated to have children. Oof. I don't think that can be classified as greed, as satisfying their personal desire for something... but I'm not sure what to classify it as, mostly because I haven't slept for quite a long time and my brain is shutting down, I think?
