And it's only at the high end of the upgrade. +25 maximum does less damage than +24. And the solution is crystal clear....leave it at +24. idk, maybe another weapon is bugged like this but i haven't seen it. Melee weapons that scale with arcane seem to be bugged by just having arcane scaling.
