Go for a hike. Go geocaching. Go to an ice skating rink and rent some skates. Even if you've never skated before. Don't be afraid to fall on your ass a few times. Take it slow you'll get the hang of it. Take a painting class. You gotta shake things up a little. Nothing drastic.
