An education doesnt trump a portfolio I work and worked in computer jobs, however I am only temporary. I have seen what the jobs search for in a CV, if someone hasn't gone to University or have a degree, then their CV is as good as garbage. People who are permanent gets better pay, more sick leaves and more holiday along with being permanent. Everyone in the office or working from home they all gone to university.
