They're 100% negligent and not doing what you pay them for, you should absolutely get a lawyer for this - even if towing takes care of the problem. You pay them (probably very well) for a service they're not providing. And also get the car towed, who gives a fuck if it's registered to an old lady, she should be more careful who she lends her car too. yeah i agree it's weird they didn't tell me too. fucking $265/month starting this year :) i guess ill move eventually but this location is great for me as someone who can't drive, and it's super hard to find a (small) place with an attached garage for storing my wheelchair CobraGT posted... I would say park your powerchair on the driveway. Or buy a cheap spare to park there. they don't make cheap powerchairs lol.
