Background: (I've made a few topics on this before but) Neighbor keeps parking in front of my garage. I use a wheelchair and can only get out through the garage, so I can't leave my house when this happens. I've left notes on the windshield, even managed to confront the guy once but he keeps doing it. HOA is aware of this, but the car isn't registered with them so they can't really do anything.

This weekend I finally had enough as I was trying to catch the bus, and my bf basically had to lift my 200+lb powerchair through the tiny gap left so I could get out. When we got back, I called the non-emergency line. A cute cop lady came out and said they can't tow it because it's on private property. It was late so I just let it go, and the car was gone in the morning.

He's back again today, so I thought I'd give towing another try. Called like 3 local places and they tell me they can't do it without authorization from the vehicle owner :) what the hell are towing companies for? What do I do? I fucking hate this guy so much. I'm considering trying to trigger the car alarm so he'll come out, but idk it's late
