What's with conservatives waging war on universities It's more of a counterattack considering how often universities attack conservatives including, among other things, denying them the right to speak on campus which -- given that they're heavily subsidized by the government -- borders on unconstitutional at times. Keep in mind that universities tend to be havens for liberals both in terms of staff (partly because of the way tenure is handled) and (as a result of youth) students as well. Granted, even without the inherent biases, universities would tend liberal because they know where their bread is buttered and liberals overwhelmingly agree to higher subsidies which, in turn, means higher wages for everybody. --- (\/)(\/)|-| In Zeus We Trust: All Others Pay Cash ...
