Just finished ep 10 of New Game... why do i feel that ~~Ko-chan is gonna quit the company?~~ I just watched the episode too, and I kind of see why you would think that. But my personal guess is that, at the end of the season, Ko will retire from game-making altogether and find some way to pass the torch to Aoba. It would be more of a "my job here is done, now it's your turn" exit from the company, not an exit caused by anything bad. That seems like a fitting ending to the series if there's no plans for a third season in the future. EDIT: I saw a post on r/anime talking about ~~Ko potentially becoming a freelancer to hone her skills after being beaten in the design contest by Aoba~~. If a third season does happen, ~~Ko leading the development of a game for a different company competing with Aoba and Eagle Jump~~ would be an awesome way to do it.
